1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting our customer service team. Once the product has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos. We’ll arrange replacements at no additional cost.
